Blaine joined Morell Engineering in 2017. He manages various construction materials testing projects, construction and inspection, and civil engineering aspects of the business. Blaine is a certified ICC Reinforced Masonry Special Inspector and ACI Field Technician. Blaine is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Civil Engineering. Blaine is a licensed Professional Engineer.
