Joe joined Morell Engineering full time in 2011 after interning throughout college. He is responsible for civil engineering site design, topographic and boundary surveys, construction staking and layout for contractors, and 3D modeling for civil construction. Joe is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mechanical Engineering. Joe is a licensed Professional Engineer.
