Teen Center at the Athens Boys and Girls Club

Engineered as a “Teen Center for Advancement,” the Athens Boys & Girls Club Teen Center is a $1.3 million, 3,300-square-foot facility. The site includes a state-of-the-art STEM laboratory and collaborative project zones. A key feature is the integration of an outdoor basketball and pickleball court, engineered with high-durability surfacing to support year-round multi-sport use. The interior floor plan balances high-energy social spaces and quiet zones with a modern gaming lounge and acoustically dampened zones designed for ACT prep and mentoring. By incorporating industrial-grade technology and flexible-use layouts, the center is engineered to accommodate over 100 teens, providing a professional-grade environment for transition into higher education and the North Alabama workforce.

Sportsplex Twice Daily – City of Athens

The Twice Daily and White Bison site, located at the intersection of US Highway 31 and the Sportsplex Loop in Athens, is designed with a focus on "multimodal accessibility." The site features excellent coordination between general highway traffic and Sportsplex tournament traffic. The site plan also incorporates industrial-grade site design for commuters alongside optimized LED canopy lighting that provides high visibility for pedestrians.

Gateway Village at Swan Creek Multi-Family

Gateway Village at Swan Creek is a 256-unit multi-family development in Athens, Alabama. Consisting of three four-story residential buildings, Gateway Village is a high density, resort-style residential hub. This gated community features a centralized amenity core, including an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse and a saltwater pool.

TriGreen Athens

The TriGreen Equipment facility in Athens is a state-of-the-art agricultural and construction equipment hub situated on a 22.6-acre site along US Highway 31 South. Architecturally, the site features a large modern showroom and an expanded, high-clearance service department. The engineering of the facility is optimized for the logistics of heavy machinery, incorporating industrial-grade reinforced concrete flooring with high point-load capacities to support the latest John Deere agricultural, construction, and green industry equipment.
