A key feature is the integration of an outdoor basketball and pickleball court, engineered with high-durability surfacing to support year-round multi-sport use. The interior floor plan balances high-energy social spaces and quiet zones with a modern gaming lounge and acoustically dampened zones designed for ACT prep and mentoring. By incorporating industrial-grade technology and flexible-use layouts, the center is engineered to accommodate over 100 teens, providing a professional-grade environment for transition into higher education and the North Alabama workforce.
